Scheduled* We will be performing scheduled upgrades to the Mercer Lighthouse assessment platform (KSA). This maintenance is expected to take approximately 2 hours.
Impact During this window users will not be able to access the participant portal, administration panel, or any REST API endpoints. Any requests to these services may fail or return maintenance responses.
What we are doing We are applying system upgrades to improve performance, security, and reliability.
Updates We will post status updates here if anything changes. If the maintenance completes early we will update the status and restore services immediately.
